GENERAL PROVISIONS

Instruction regulates the procedure, rules and safety work of disinfection (fumigation) grains, legumes, their processed products, nuts, cocoa beans, peanuts, soybeans, seeds, dried fruits and vegetables, sugar, tobacco and other agricultural products the phosphine preparation in the holds of sea and river vessels of domestic and foreign fleets.

1.2. The basis of these drugs with aluminum or magnesium phosphide that by engaging 
in a chemical reaction with atmospheric moisture or grain, produce hydrogen phosphide gas:

4.1.4. Boats, sea and river fleets, which provides for

4.3. Tech transit fumigation
